The salary range for this position is $127,100 - $155,200 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote. SUMMARY The Global Planning Senior Manager is responsible for shaping and leading strategic planning, forecasting, and long-range category planning across Fenty Verse brands. This role requires a strong strategic perspective and deep analytical capability, leadership presence, and the ability to distill complex data into clear, headline-driven storytelling. This ideal candidate translates sales performance, market trends, and brand priorities into actionable global plans that maximize sales and improve profitability. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Strategy & Ops, this individual will play a critical role in building and evolving the Global Planning function for Fenty Verse. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to lead through influence, drive cross-functional alignment, and establish best-in-class planning processes across regions and categories. This role will manage and develop a direct report. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Long-Range Planning & New Product Launch Strategy Partner with Sr. Director to define and elevate best-in-class newness and long-range category planning for Fenty Verse brands. Lead development of 3-year core and newness plans in partnership with Brand, Finance, and regional leads, ensuring alignment to strategic and financial objectives. Own global newness forecast process across all regions, driving consistency in timing and planning inputs. Translate brand strategy and market opportunity into actionable planning recommendations that support growth and profit. Drive Forecast Accuracy & Strategic Business Analysis Own global planning across Fenty Verse through rigorous pre-season forecasting, in-season analysis, and forecast refinement. Analyze market trends, historical sales, and launch productivity to inform forecasts and optimize plans for new product launches. Apply both bottoms-up and tops-down methodologies to develop accurate and actionable sales forecasts. Establish and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy by monitoring actuals, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions. Lead Global Coordination & Cross-Functional Alignment Serve as the central planning partner across Supply Chain, Brand, Project Management, Finance, and regional teams. Work closely with Brand Management to understand product and marketing strategies, ensuring planning supports brand vision, revenue targets, and launch priorities. Surface key business risks and opportunities to leadership, acting as a strategic thought partner and the planning “eyes and ears” of Fenty Verse. Build Planning Processes, Reporting & Tools Oversee reporting and distribution of key planning outputs to cross-functional teams, providing clear insights into business performance, forecast accuracy, and decision-making needs. Lead the enhancement and implementation of planning tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, visibility and planning rigor. Ensure planning tools and files are maintained and optimized to support the global planning process. Additional projects as needed to drive continuous improvement. Manage, Coach & Develop Talent Manage and develop a direct report by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing coaching, and supporting professional growth. Foster a high-performance team environment grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead and facilitate high-impact meetings that prioritize decisions and alignment over status updates. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 7+ years of planning experience with people management experience; wholesale experience a plus. BA/BS preferred. Strong understanding of retail math (Comp, Margin, etc.) and how to influence metrics. Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with planning tools/systems preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill complex data into clear, simple headlines Strong leadership presence, inspiring trust and credibility across global cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional and regional teams. Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset. Availability to attend conference calls with international markets (early mornings/late evenings) when needed.
