On a typical day...
- You will manage a portfolio of international clients, delivering mobility tax compliance and advisory services.
- You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing practical advice on UK income tax, payroll tax and social security matters.
- You will oversee tax compliance activity, including UK tax returns, shadow payrolls and year-end reconciliations, working with our global partners to coordinate requirements in other jurisdictions.
- You will review and sign off UK tax returns and provide technical guidance on complex mobility tax matters.
- You will build strong relationships with our global partner network to ensure seamless service delivery across jurisdictions.
- You will support and develop junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and helping them grow as professional advisers.
- You will contribute to business development, including prospective client conversations, proposals and RFP responses.
- You will work with the Global Mobility leadership team to identify opportunities to improve and grow our services.
Does this sound like you?

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Commercial confidence, including discussing services with prospective clients and contributing to proposals and RFPs.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and partners around the world.
- A genuine interest in developing others and helping to grow our Global Mobility offering.
