- Develop annual social media plans, content themes, executive visibility strategies, and editorial calendars aligned with HSM priorities.
- Manage executive digital presence, including LinkedIn strategy, content development, speaking engagement amplification, and leadership storytelling.
- Partner with external communications and creative agencies to develop, execute, and optimize communications campaigns, content assets, social media initiatives, and thought leadership programs.
- Oversee HSM communications governance, messaging consistency, brand alignment, and content standards across all channels.
- Measure communications effectiveness through defined KPIs and performance metrics, applying insights to improve engagement and influence.
- Manage communication priorities, timelines, budgets, and agency relationships to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
How you'll collaborate with others:

- Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Supplier Programs, Category Management, Business Development, and Regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment to business objectives.

- Work with external communications, public relations, creative, and social media agencies to develop integrated campaigns and maximize communications effectiveness.
- Support executive visibility through preparation for conferences, customer events, media opportunities, leadership forums, and speaking engagements.
- Develop communication frameworks, stakeholder plans, and executive-ready materials that promote awareness and engagement.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
