RESPONSIBILITIES As our Senior Manager, Global Influence, Communications & Advocacy, you are responsible for accelerating and refining our global communications strategy for the Calvin Klein Global Fragrance Brand. Your main focus: Accelerating Global Advocacy, Public Relations & Influencer Marketing initiatives in support of Senior Director, Global Communications. Managing Global Markets to execute key IM initiatives with excellence and up to license standard. Communicating daily with License Influencer teams to validate content concepts, local influencer marketing campaigns and brand image initiatives Managing Global Influencer Marketing KPIs and monthly VIT reports to senior leadership and license partners Curation of Local Influencer Marketing Guidelines to support brand’s big bet priorities Support Assistant Manager with ongoing day-to-day influencer marketing initiatives including market management, influencer marketing content concepts, casting, moodboards and content approvals. The team consists of Senior Director, Global Communications, Influencer Marketing & Advocacy and Assistant Manager, Global Influence & Advocacy working closely together with several departments such as Global Digital, Global Media, Product & Trade Marketing. All your colleagues are collaborative, determined to execute with excellence and passionate about accelerating the Calvin Klein fragrance business. QUALIFICATIONS We’d love to see candidates who have: Essential : 5-7 years of related influencer marketing experience preferably in luxury beauty & fashion space Well-tuned into influencer space as it pertains to fashion & beauty including creator/mega talent relationships Self-starter with close attention to detail, able to execute campaigns and events with excellence Experience in managing global markets within a luxury lens across influencer marketing, public relations & events Ability to develop cohesive reports & analytics using Traackr to communicate to senior leadership Desirable: Previous experience working with license partners Previous in-house experience preferred Hard working, positive & collaborative attitude, passionate, works well within fast-paced start up environment OUR BENEFITS As our SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL INFLUENCE, COMMUNICATIONS & ADVOCACY his is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. Base Salary Range: $120,000-$145,000 Health, dental, vision and disability insurance; 401(k) with generous employer match; paid time off and Summer Fridays; Parental leave; Tuition reimbursement; Hybrid work arrangements.
