Summary

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Executive Lead plays a key role in driving the growth and value of Bell's infrastructure portfolio. Through strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and market insights, this role identifies new opportunities to expand infrastructure utilization and support Bell's long-term growth objectives.

The successful candidate combines strong telecommunications industry expertise, business acumen, and relationship management skills to build executive-level relationships, negotiate complex infrastructure agreements, and advance Bell's infrastructure strategy. This role is responsible for securing new tenancy opportunities with telecommunications providers and strengthening Bell's position within the wireless infrastructure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize the utilization and value of Bell's infrastructure.
  • Identify, assess, and pursue new business and tenancy opportunities that support Bell's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with telecommunications providers, infrastructure partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and agreement execution related to infrastructure access, tenancy opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Secure new tenancy agreements and partnership opportunities that maximize utilization of Bell's infrastructure assets.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations to support infrastructure growth and investment decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Network, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and strengthen Bell's competitive position.
  • Represent Bell in external industry discussions and partner engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, telco infrastructure, carrier relations, network planning, infrastructure development, site acquisition, business development, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, wireless networks, and carrier ecosystem dynamics.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience developing business cases and leading commercial discussions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and execute growth opportunities and deliver business results.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience supporting infrastructure growth or strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Knowledge of network planning, infrastructure deployment, site acquisition, and network expansion strategies.
  • Experience working within a telecommunications carrier or infrastructure provider.
  • Understanding of wireless technology trends, including 5G and future network evolution.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
