Working Opportunities from Home/office AUS,UK Calander – Hybrid Working The Role: Support and coordinate finance digitization and various other initiatives across the group. Support business units in optimizing processes efficiently through outsourced service providers. Prepare board-level reports for compliance and exception reporting. Budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to contribute to strategic financial decision making and optimization of organizational performance. The Person: Be a member of CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA or Degree holder in Commerce / Business Management / Finance from a reputed university. Have minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar capacity. Prior experience in Project Management, business process re-engineering, transitioning of client services will be an advantage. Experience working with reputed ERP systems. Working knowledge of Oracle and HFM is preferred. Excellent managerial skills. The person needs to have good interpersonal skills, presentation and language skills. Ability and willingness to work based on client calendar and working hours.
