Your Mission: What You’ll Do

As the Senior Manager of IT & Business Systems, you will oversee and direct internal information technology strategy, infrastructure, enterprise business applications, and IT service delivery. You will align technology initiatives with business objectives, ensure network security, compliance, and reliability, and lead a high-performing IT team.

• Strategic Leadership & IT Operations: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT road map aligned with business goals, managing IT operational budgets, vendor contracts, and software licensing.
• Enterprise Business Systems Management: Oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of core business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial operations platforms).
• Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, data protection protocols, disaster recovery plans, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Team Management & Service Delivery: Lead, mentor, and grow the IT support and systems engineering staff, maintaining high standards for helpdesk support and user onboarding/offboarding.

Who You Are: What Makes You a Great Fit

Core Must-Haves

• Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, business systems management, and technical infrastructure leadership.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports and leading cross-functional technical projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), SaaS management, network security, and enterprise software architecture.

Bonus Points (Superpowers)

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or relevant AWS/Cloud Management certifications.
• Technical Exposure: Familiarity with enterprise ERP migrations, advanced IAM frameworks, and automated provisioning tools.
• Domain Knowledge: Background in high-growth technology or AI SaaS organizations reporting directly into finance/operations leadership.
