Sr. Manager, Partner & Network Delivery

Position Summary

The Sr. Manager, Partner & Network Delivery leads Neptune’s coordinating seat on partner- and customer-run installation projects. Rather than installing directly, this role verifies install success against Neptune standards, organizes the software, data, and commissioning activity around each install, and holds partner work accountable to plan through go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Neptune’s single coordination point on partner- and customer-run installation projects
• Verify RSR (receiving/staging/reconciliation) and install success against Neptune’s installation standards
• Organize software, data, and commissioning activities around each partner-run install
• Hold partner and third-party installer work accountable to project plan and timeline
• Coordinate commissioning and go-live activities across partner and Neptune teams
• Build and lead a team managing multiple concurrent partner-run projects
• Partner closely with Partner Enablement & Certification and Direct Project Delivery to maintain consistent installation standards across all delivery models
• Report on partner project status, risk, and performance to Solutions Delivery leadership

• Ability to hold external partners accountable to standards without direct operational control
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
• Clear, structured communicator across internal teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality-assurance mindset

Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in project delivery, field services, or partner/vendor project management, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience coordinating third-party or subcontractor installation work preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in AMI/AMR metering or utility field installation projects
• Experience managing distributed partner networks across multiple regions

Ways of Working: This is a hybrid position. The Sr. Manager, Partner & Network Delivery is expected to work on-site at a Neptune office at least three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
