Job Description

Just imagine creating simpler, connected people processes that work end to end for colleagues across the LEGO Group. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Senior Manager, People Process Experiences, you'll connect global people processes to create simpler colleague experiences. You'll bring process owners, product teams, technology leads and operational stakeholders together around a shared end-to-end view. You'll build and govern process and experience standards, coordinate improvements across colleague journeys, and use data and feedback to focus change where it creates the most value. You'll also help embed artificial intelligence, automation and digital-first thinking into future people processes.

Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • Previously worked to establish and enforce governance standards for complex people processes or services.
  • Built people process architectures, catalogues or common process taxonomies that create end-to-end transparency.
  • Managed people process improvement across organizational boundaries, including identifying and resolving gaps at hand-offs.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring together diverse groups to co-design solutions, align priorities and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated expertise in people operations, employee experience or HR transformation, with the ability to apply people domain knowledge to challenge existing practices and design future-state ways of working while maintaining compliance with local legislation.
  • Strong documentation and visualization skills, with experience creating process maps, operating model artefacts, standards and executive-ready materials that enable alignment and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior leaders, process owners, product teams and operational stakeholders to build alignment and momentum for change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Designed people processes using artificial intelligence as part of the end-to-end approach.
  • Applied platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow or Jira to support process or service improvements.
  • Professional certifications in process improvement or service design (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience applying change management principles and practices to support process transformation, stakeholder adoption and the successful implementation of new ways of working.

What you'll build

  • Coordinate with process owners, service designers and business stakeholders, to create an enterprise view of how people process work from a colleague and people leader perspective.
  • Build a people process catalogue and strengthen and enforce governance standards define what a good people process experience looks like.
  • Prioritize and coordinate improvements across priority colleague journeys and process hand-offs.
  • Use operational data and colleague feedback to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
  • Help redesign work by considering where technology, artificial intelligence and human expertise create the greatest value.

If you've worked in a role where you resolved gaps between teams and created an enterprise process catalogue, architecture or common taxonomy, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is bringing structure to complexity while keeping the end-to-end colleague experience in view.

Life on the team

You'll join the PPC (People, Places & Culture) Product & Process team at the LEGO® Group. We're focused on simplifying how work gets done by connecting people processes, technology, artificial intelligence and digital products. You'll work independently and spend much of your time connecting with teams across the organization. Coordination, facilitation and stakeholder management will be important to how you bring people together and turn shared challenges into progress.

What success looks like

In your first year, you'll create greater transparency across the people process landscape and establish clearer governance and prioritization. You'll help make process dependencies and colleague friction more visible. As the Future of Work vision moves into tangible change, you'll work closely with process owners, operational stakeholders, product managers and service designers to shape connected improvements.
