We are looking for a Senior Manager / Principal - Industrial Strategy, Operations Transformation & Value Creation.

In this role, you will work directly with CEOs, COOs and business leaders to shape strategic decisions, lead complex transformation programmes and drive tangible performance improvements.

Your Role

• Lead high-impact transformation engagements from strategy through implementation

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

• Drive business development and contribute to account growth

• Lead, coach and develop consulting teams

• Contribute to EFESO's thought leadership and market presence

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations or transformation consulting

• Strong expertise in industrial, manufacturing, supply chain or performance improvement topics

• Proven ability to lead complex projects and senior stakeholders

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen

• Outstanding analytical, communication and leadership skills

• Fluent French and English
