Senior Manager - Resilience, Crisis & Reputation - Financial Sector

The Resilience, Crisis & Reputation (RCR) team at Deloitte helps organisations increase their resilience by preparing for, responding to, and recovering from planned or unforeseen high‑impact events. We are looking for a Senior Manager. At Deloitte. Managing projects and the project team members; Advising organizations in developing, organizing, and implementing their security processes; Supporting organizations through all phases of a crisis, for example, by developing and conducting crisis simulations and learning cycles, performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and preparing planning documents; Advising organizations in resilience, crisis management and continuity management to minimize the impact of crises and disruptions and to build and sustain organizational trust and reputation; Proactively building relationships with (potential) clients and develop innovative solutions and propositions. You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably within consultancy, in areas such as Resilience, Crisis Management, Safety & Security, Enterprise Trust & Reputation, and/or Business Continuity Management; A completed master’s degree in social sciences, communication studies, international relations, security studies, public administration, security and risk management, computer science, or another relevant field; Project management skills and experience managing colleagues; Experience in the financial sector: knowledge of and experience with various physical security concepts and methodologies from leading international and national organisations (e.g., ASIS, NKBR 3.0, DHM) and conducting physical security audits; Experience managing operational disruptions (e.g., crisis management) within the financial sector and knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., DORA); Known for your interpersonal and analytical skills, proactivity, social awareness and a hands‑on approach; Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
