Job Overview:
This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for developing the longer-term RGM roadmap while leading initiatives that improve profitable growth across pricing, promotion, assortment and mix.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and commercial thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that influence cross-functional senior stakeholders.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and lead a multi-year Revenue Growth Management roadmap aligned to business growth, profitability objectives and evolving organizational capabilities.
- Identify, prioritize and size RGM opportunities across pricing, promotion, assortment and mix to improve revenue, margin and profit performance.
- Lead pricing strategy, price-pack architecture and profitability analysis, including recommendations related to commodity cost changes, inflation and market conditions.
- Develop and optimize promotional strategies, trade investment approaches and promotional effectiveness frameworks to improve ROI and profitable growth.
- Evaluate assortment, portfolio mix, channel and customer opportunities to support profitable growth, innovation decisions and stronger commercial outcomes.
- Build analytical models, tools, processes and decision-making approaches that translate complex market, customer, pricing, promotional and financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Category/Insights teams to embed RGM thinking into commercial planning, influence senior stakeholders and measure initiative impact.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other relevant field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Pricing, Analytics or a related discipline within CPG
- Strong understanding of RGM principles, including pricing, promotion, assortment, mix and profitability.
- Experience working with industry specific tools such as Trade Promotion Optimization/Management systems and predictive analytics platforms.
- Deep experience with Circana/IRI, SupplyTrack, 84.51, Scintilla, Dunnhumby, or similar tools.
- Ability to diagnose complex business problems and communicate outputs clearly through compelling visuals and excellent verbal skills.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with an understanding of revenue, margin and profit drivers.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and drive execution.
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, not just responds to requests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting both retail and foodservice channels strongly preferred
- Experience working across U.S. and Canadian markets preferred
Salary Transparency: High Liner Foods’ compensation offerings are founded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $118,000 - $145,000; the base pay is offered based on a variety of factors including geographical market location, and may vary depending on job grading practices, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity factors. As part of our total rewards offering, employees may be eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program [and long-term incentive program] (for Dir+) subject to program eligibility requirements.
