What You'll Need
10+ years of experience in an IT development organization, including experience in a management capacity, and 4+ years operating in a lead role on a successful deployment of applications.
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience using TFS and leading Agile development teams.
Strong understanding of BigData and MPP application development with recent relevant work experience.
Detailed knowledge of product design, code optimization, and process optimization that improves performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, active listening, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build confidence and trust with internal teams and users.
Demonstrate an open, inquisitive approach to learning, apply new knowledge quickly, and continue growing technical and leadership capability as business needs evolve.
Lead through collaboration, mentoring, and clear communication, and work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams to resolve issues and move work forward.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving requirements, and a fast-paced delivery environment while staying focused on outcomes.
Generate practical, creative solutions to technical and operational challenges, especially in complex analytics and platform environments.
