Just imagine solving the most complex quality challenges across mould design and turning them into robust solutions that create lasting value across the business. Then make it real.
About the role
As our End2End Specialist within Mould Design, you will drive quality improvements across the first LEGO® Mould Design organization. You'll identify where the greatest opportunities exist, set priorities for end-to-end projects, and work closely with specialists and leaders across multiple departments to define and implement the right technical solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping quality, capability development, and engineering excellence while leading complex initiatives from investigation through implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered quality improvement initiatives across complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Led large cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Applied root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving using a Six Sigma approach.
- Managed development, enhancement, or deployment of manufacturing or process solutions.
- Built experience across injection moulding, mould processes, and related production environments.
- Completed a master's degree in engineering or a related discipline including production, industrial, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Developed new equipment for internal production environments.
- Evaluated supplier and vendor deliverables against technical and quality requirements.
- Defined capability roadmaps based on future manufacturing and business needs.
- Implemented large-scale operational improvements across multiple functions.
What you'll build
- Drive quality-focused end-to-end projects across the Mould Design organization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend technical solutions to leadership teams.
- Coordinate specialists and topic drivers on high-priority engineering challenges.
- Lead and support development of new equipment and future processing capabilities.
- Mitigate risks relating to timelines, budgets, and change requests.
- Drive implementation of agreed technical solutions across the business.
- Lead complex continuous improvement initiatives within and beyond your own area.
- Support future production setups and global manufacturing flows through technical leadership.
If you've worked in a role where you've improved an entire value chain, delivered complex engineering improvements, and helped resolve business-critical technical challenges, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect technical insight with practical implementation and measurable business impact.
Life on the team
You'll work closely with specialists, leaders, and quality stakeholders across the Mould Design community and related engineering functions. Success comes from curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in understanding how different parts of the value chain connect. You'll be someone who can listen to diverse perspectives, bring people together around shared goals, and maintain a broad view while solving complex technical challenges.
What success looks like
You'll be the person teams turn to when complexity creates uncertainty. Success means helping the organization make informed technical decisions, driving critical cross-functional improvements, and ensuring knowledge is shared across the business. You'll work closely with engineering specialists, business stakeholders, and quality leaders to build stronger processes, improve product quality, and shape future manufacturing capabilities.
