The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience that started in investment banking, management consulting, or transaction advisory, and time in an FP&A, Strategy or Operations seat at a scaling company. They have hands-on experience building financial models from scratch and partnering cross-functionally to translate analysis into decisions. Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or marketplace businesses is highly valued. Who You Are You are intellectually curious and analytically relentless. You know when to go deep and when to zoom out, and you tailor the depth to the audience and the decision at hand. You think like an internal consultant in training. You're the person teammates pull in when a problem is messy and doesn't have an obvious owner - because you can structure the question, build the analytical case, and drive it toward a recommendation that actually changes how a team operates.
