As a (Senior) Manager Strategy & AI Transformation at vector8 in Switzerland, you will partner with leading Financial Services and Insurance clients to design and implement AI-driven strategies. Together, you shape business transformations - from refining propositions that deliver measurable business outcomes to driving change management and optimizing organizational design.
You will join a small, entrepreneurial, multi-disciplinary team where your expertise will directly shape the firm’s impact. This role requires strong consulting foundations, a passion for networking and business development, experience in leading teams and a willingness to travel for client engagements.
Master degree in Business, Economics or STEM from a leading institution
Minimum 6 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, ideally in complex, regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, banking)
Proventrack recordin strategic management consulting
Strong foundations in consulting: communication, project management, facilitation of workshops, business development/sellingprojectsand outcome-driven delivery
Enthusiastic generalist with a sweet spot in future-oriented business strategies and technical knowledge
