About the Role
Join Perpetual Corporate Trust in a senior leadership role supporting the delivery of accurate, timely and effective Trust Management services to the Australian securitisation market.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Solutions & Trust Management, you’ll lead the day-to-day work of the Trust Management team while remaining close to the technical and client aspects of the role. You’ll have scope across trust reporting, models, transactions, risk, new client onboarding and service delivery. You’ll also work directly with clients and a broad range of market participants, including issuers, investors, banks, rating agencies and auditors.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Trust Management team

- Oversee trust reporting, payment instructions, settlements and other transaction requirements
- Monitor trust covenants, trigger events and portfolio requirements, ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Bring your technical expertise to building and reviewing Trust Manager models and user acceptance testing
- Strengthen quality assurance and risk management practices while identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Develop your team through hands on technical support, coaching and training
About you
You’re likely to be an experienced securitisation professional who is comfortable moving between technical detail, client conversations and team leadership. You can manage competing priorities without losing sight of accuracy, deadlines or service.
You’ll bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, economics, finance or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in the securitisation industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing team members.
- Strong client relationship management skills and experience handling sensitive client matters.
- Sound technical and problem-solving capability, with a strong focus on accuracy and risk management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against strict deadlines.
- Experience building or reviewing Trust Manager models and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL or VBA would be desirable.
We love hearing from people who are inspired to shape the future with us. If you're excited about this opportunity or about joining Perpetual Corporate Trust, we encourage you to apply.
