Title: Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience
Stoney Clover Lane | Full-Time
Location: NYC Headquarters (Hybrid) | Travel Required
POSITION OVERVIEW
Stoney Clover Lane is looking for a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience to lead how our brand looks, feels and comes to life in our stores. The role covers everyday merchandising and windows as well as the full in-store customer experience, seasonal launches, corporate events, pop-ups and special activations.
This is a hands-on role with equal parts creative direction and execution. You’ll take ideas from concept all the way to the finished floor: building the plan, sourcing the materials, setting the displays and making sure every store and event looks right on launch day. You’ll spend as much time on the sales floor, on ladders and at event setups as at your desk.
You’ll work closely with Store Managers, Retail Leadership, and the Creative, Marketing and Events teams so that every experience feels cohesive, inspiring and unmistakably Stoney Clover Lane.
We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye, a commercial understanding of retail merchandising, and the follow-through to deliver across multiple stores, projects and deadlines at once.

- Develop and personally execute merchandising strategies for everyday product presentation, seasonal collections, new launches, collaborations and window displays.
- Lead and physically set key floor sets, window installations and seasonal changeovers, especially in flagship locations and during major launches.
- Create visual guidelines, floor plans, display mockups and merchandising directives that can be implemented consistently across stores.
- Partner closely with Store Managers to execute visual initiatives, working side by side in stores to train, give feedback and provide ongoing support.
- Conduct regular store visits and virtual reviews to maintain visual standards, fix issues on the spot and ensure timely execution.
- Adapt visual concepts to each store’s layout, inventory levels and customer needs while keeping the brand consistent.
