- Lead enterprise-wide quality and process improvement initiatives, working with process owners and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, identify opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency, and implement sustainable solutions that support the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to firm leadership on professional standards, quality management, risk, and regulatory matters, translating complex requirements into clear, practical guidance, policies, and processes that promote consistent execution across the firm.
- Anticipate and assess the impact of evolving professional standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks, providing strategic insight and recommendations to strengthen the firm’s risk management framework, policies, systems, and quality programs.
- Provide leadership and oversight of the firm’s regulatory and compliance strategy, ensuring the firm remains prepared for evolving regulatory expectations and maintaining effective relationships with external regulators and other relevant oversight bodies.
- Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement, leveraging insights from assurance engagements, file reviews, monitoring activities, root cause analysis, regulatory developments, and industry trends to identify systemic opportunities and recommend meaningful, sustainable enhancements to the firm’s quality management framework.
- Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams, with responsibility for talent management, coaching, performance development, and succession planning. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth, while identifying and developing future leaders within the assurance practice.
