Job Description Senior Manager:in Software Procurement & License Manager:in Deine Aufgaben Strategische Steuerung von Softwareherstellern, Cloud-Anbietern und Softwareverträgen Analyse und Optimierung von Softwarelizenzmodellen, Vertragsstrukturen und Nutzungsrechten Sicherstellung von Lizenz-Compliance, Audit-Readiness und DORA-konformen Nachweisprozessen Durchführung von Lizenzanalysen, Softwarebilanzen und Compliance-Bewertungen Steuerung von Cloud-Kosten, FinOps-Initiativen sowie Budget- und Forecastprozessen Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung standardisierter Prozesse, Kennzahlen- und Reportingstrukturen Durchführung von Lieferanten-, Hersteller- und Marktrisikomonitoring Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Software-, Lizenz- und Beschaffungsprojekten Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Softwareeinkauf, Lizenzmanagement, Software Asset Management oder IT-Providermanagement Fundierte Kenntnisse von Softwarelizenzmodellen, Lizenzmetriken und Vertragswerken Erfahrung im strategischen Vertrags-, Lieferanten- und Verhandlungsmanagement Kenntnisse in FinOps, Cloud-Kostensteuerung sowie KPI- und Reportingkonzepten Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Internationale Projekterfahrung sowie Erfahrung in globalen Lieferanten- und Stakeholderstrukturen von Vorteil Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
