Senior Market Researcher

Role Description

We’re a founder-led software company building the marketing engine from scratch, and we need a sharp, reliable researcher to feed it.

You’ll build targeted lists of Australian companies and decision-makers (project directors, PMO heads, executives), research each one, and write a one-line personalisation note that makes our outreach land. You’ll live in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and industry directories, and keep our CRM spotless.

You’re perfect for this if you: have done B2B lead research or list building before, write clear English, are obsessive about accuracy, and can spot a genuinely useful detail about a company in 60 seconds.

Fully remote. Long-term role with room to grow into a wider marketing role.
