Key Responsibilities

Marketing delivery

  • Lead marketing activity across a defined portfolio of practices to support business performance and growth.

  • Own and deliver key campaigns, marketing initiatives and business priorities, working through Marketing Business Partners to drive adoption, execution and performance across the practice network.

  • Contribute to the development of audience, segment and proposition strategies by applying customer insight, market knowledge and practice feedback, translating strategic direction into effective marketing activity, campaign enhancements and commercial growth opportunities across the estate.

  • Review performance data and insight to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure marketing investment and activity are focused where they will deliver the greatest impact.

  • Monitor performance and use results to inform future recommendations and activity.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Marketing Business Partners and Advisors.

  • Set clear expectations for practice engagement, commercial focus and ways of working.

  • Lead and direct Marketing Business Partners in the delivery, activation and optimisation of campaigns, initiatives and growth plans across their practice portfolios.

  • Ensure resources are deployed effectively to support changing business priorities.

  • Act as the senior escalation point for both practices and the marketing team.

Stakeholder and Practice Partnership

  • Build strong relationships with Area Managers and key operational stakeholders.

  • Understand practice needs, opportunities and challenges across the portfolio.

  • Work through Marketing Business Partners to drive adoption of marketing initiatives and ensure activity is effectively activated and executed at practice level.

  • Partner with Area Managers to prioritise marketing support and investment based on commercial opportunities and business need.

Governance and Budget Management

  • Manage budgets and ensure marketing activity delivers value and return on investment.

  • Ensure activity complies with brand, governance and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, consistency and scalability across the practice network.

  • Commercial growth across the portfolio.

  • Adoption and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Campaign performance and return on investment.

  • Stakeholder and practice satisfaction.

  • Team performance, capability and engagement.

  • Delivery of key business priorities and strategic objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a marketing business partner, campaign management, or multi-site marketing role.

  • Proven experience managing or leading a team, including workload and resource allocation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.

  • Confident stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering acquisition-focused campaigns (e.g. PPC, OOH, digital) through digital teams or agencies.

  • Excellent coaching and people-development skills.

  • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI.

  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities across a team and portfolio of campaigns.

Desired

  • Experience in the healthcare, dental, or related consumer-facing sector.

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field preferred.

  • Professional marketing training or certificates (CIM, digital marketing courses) desirable but not essential.

  • Management or leadership training desirable but not essential.
