THE OPPORTUNITY

The LPGA is seeking a strategic, creative and collaborative Senior Marketing Coordinator to advance brand visibility, grow audiences and deepen fan engagement through integrated marketing initiatives. With a focus on broader brand opportunities, audience development and tune-in promotion, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will translate marketing priorities into compelling campaigns that build brand affinity and support key business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with strong project management, sound judgment and an insights-driven approach. This individual is comfortable identifying opportunities, recommending approaches and independently moving assigned initiatives from concept through execution and measurement in collaboration with internal teams, broadcast stakeholders, agencies and vendors. This position requires flexibility to travel and work outside of normal business hours throughout the tournament season.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will own assigned cross-functional brand and fan engagement initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing coordinators focused on events and partnerships to connect their work to broader brand priorities, while those roles retain responsibility for day-to-day event execution and partner marketing fulfillment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Identify and develop brand-building opportunities that increase LPGA visibility, reach new audiences and strengthen connections with existing fans throughout the year.
  • Develop and lead assigned integrated marketing campaigns across broadcast, digital, social media, website, email and other channels, aligning objectives, messaging, timelines and deliverables with the LPGA's marketing strategy.
  • Develop year-round fan engagement initiatives that encourage participation, deepen brand affinity and connect the live event experience with digital content and broadcast viewing.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for assigned brand initiatives, aligning internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors around clear briefs, responsibilities and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with broadcast, content and marketing stakeholders to develop tune-in campaigns, strengthen viewing awareness and identify promotional and storytelling opportunities that grow the LPGA audience.
  • Partner with Creative and Content teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling messaging, creative briefs and assets that maintain a consistent LPGA brand across channels.
  • Work with the events and partnerships marketing coordinators to extend brand campaigns into tournament and partner touchpoints, aligning messaging and fan engagement opportunities without duplicating event logistics or contractual fulfillment.
  • Own project plans, timelines, agency and vendor coordination, and budget tracking for assigned campaigns, proactively resolving issues and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, consumer trends and competitive activity to recommend opportunities for brand growth, fan engagement and broadcast audience development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows and cross-functional collaboration to increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop marketing plans, campaign briefs and performance recaps with clear objectives, success measures and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, interns or event staff as appropriate, helping ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, fan engagement, sports marketing or a related field preferred, with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently lead assigned initiatives, prioritize competing needs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative, strategic thinker who can translate audience insights into compelling brand opportunities and engaging fan experiences across channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative while managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing across broadcast, digital, social and email; experience with tune-in promotion, audience development or broadcast marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret campaign results and audience data and turn findings into actionable recommendations; familiarity with marketing analytics and project management platforms is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel throughout the tournament season and work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
