Connexity is a leading retail performance marketing company that helps online retailers and brands acquire new customers and incremental sales through deep integrations with a wide range of publishers, creators and ad platforms that leverage its proprietary supply side platforms across Skimlinks, ShopYourLikes and Howl.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale our US B2B lead and demand generation engine. This role will be responsible for developing multi-channel marketing programs that reach the right audiences, generate qualified leads, build pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth across our shopping and creator commerce businesses.
You'll own campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement, identifying new ways to reach publishers, creators, brands, and prospective partners. You'll use data to evaluate performance, optimize conversion, and continually improve how we generate and nurture demand.
Beyond demand generation, you'll lead go-to-market marketing initiatives for ShopYourLikes and Howl, oversee key events, and develop sales enablement programs that help our Commercial teams turn interest into business. You'll manage program budgets, work closely with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
With goals agreed with your manager, you'll have the autonomy to determine how to achieve them and lead initiatives from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Demand Generation — 40%
- Build and execute a scalable, multi-channel B2B lead and demand generation engine that increases awareness, attracts target audiences, and generates qualified leads and pipeline.
- Develop campaign strategies based on target audiences, business priorities, channel performance, and revenue goals.
- Plan and execute campaigns across appropriate channels, including email, LinkedIn, paid media, content, webinars, and other acquisition opportunities.
- Own the lead generation process from audience targeting and campaign messaging through lead capture, nurturing, qualification, and handoff to Commercial teams.
- Develop compelling prospecting content, including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign messaging that drives engagement and conversion.
- Experiment with new channels, targeting strategies, and campaign approaches to expand reach, improve lead quality, and reduce acquisition costs.
- Partner with Commercial teams to align marketing programs with sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through lead volume and quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
2. Creator Commerce Go-to-Market Marketing — 15%
- Develop and execute go-to-market marketing strategies for ShopYourLikes and Howl to build awareness, establish credibility, and support business growth.
- Create targeted marketing programs that attract new creators and strengthen our position in the creator commerce market.
- Identify relevant audiences, industry trends, and opportunities to differentiate our platforms.
- Partner with Commercial, Product Marketing, and Insights teams to develop messaging, campaigns, and market-facing initiatives that support acquisition and growth.
3. Events and Field Marketing — 15%
- Lead strategy and execution for our flagship client event, including planning, promotion, audience engagement, and follow-up.
- Evaluate and manage participation in third-party conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Establish event objectives and track results, including audience engagement, lead generation, relationship development, and commercial opportunities.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional coordination.
4. Sales Enablement and Commercial Support — 10%
- Develop sales collateral, presentations, campaign materials, and client-facing messaging that communicate our value proposition and industry insights.
- Partner with Commercial and Account Management teams to identify sales challenges and develop marketing resources that support prospect engagement and conversion.
- Translate market insights, performance data, and business priorities into compelling content for prospective and existing partners.
- Support coordinated marketing and sales outreach to improve engagement and advance opportunities.
5. Marketing Analytics, Operations and Budget Management — 10%
- Monitor funnel performance, campaign attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets across assigned programs, track spending against results, and recommend adjustments based on performance.
- Partner with relevant teams to improve CRM processes, marketing automation, campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
- Establish repeatable processes that improve campaign execution, measurement, and scalability.
6. Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement — 10%
- Mentor junior team members, review their work, and help establish effective processes and high standards of execution.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and drive results.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing programs, introduce new approaches, and strengthen team effectiveness.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in ad tech, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, commerce, or the creator economy.
- A demonstrated track record of building and executing multi-channel lead generation and demand generation programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience owning campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, channel strategy, messaging, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including lead capture, nurturing, qualification, conversion, and sales handoff.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance using data and measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on events marketing experience, including producing events and generating value from third-party conferences and trade shows.
- Experience developing go-to-market campaigns, sales enablement materials, and persuasive prospecting and client-facing content.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build funnel reports, interpret attribution, and translate results into actionable decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to publishers, shopping platforms, creators, affiliate partners, or brand-side social and influencer marketing teams.
- Familiarity with creator categories beyond beauty and luxury.
- Experience in ad tech, affiliate commerce, performance-based marketing, or creator monetization.
