Shape the customer journey. Turn insight into growth. Lead lifecycle marketing for Money.

At Latitude, we make it possible—for our customers, our partners and our people. Understanding our customers and recognising when we can offer something relevant is central to building stronger relationships.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Lifecycle to lead the lifecycle marketing strategy for our Money business. You’ll combine customer insight, personalised experiences and commercial thinking to grow customer value through cross-sell, top-up, retention and win-back programs.

This is an opportunity to set the direction and stay close to delivery, turning ideas into campaigns and customer journeys with measurable results.

Your impact

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll shape how we engage existing customers, identifying opportunities to deliver relevant offers and communications at the moments that matter.

Working with Product, Data & Analytics, Digital and Sales, you’ll use customer behaviour and campaign insights to improve engagement, remove friction and drive incremental revenue while maintaining strong customer outcomes.

You’ll:

  • Lead the Money lifecycle growth strategy, translating customer opportunities into a prioritised campaign roadmap.
  • Develop cross-sell, top-up, retention and win-back programs that grow revenue and customer value.
  • Build targeted propositions and personalised campaigns across CRM, email, SMS, digital, direct and other below-the-line channels.
  • Establish trigger-based and always-on journeys, partnering with data and product specialists on segmentation, propensity modelling and next-best-action opportunities.
  • Improve application completion through communications that address barriers in the customer journey.
  • Measure incremental revenue, conversion, retention and ROI, using testing and performance insights to refine activity.
  • Work with agencies and internal partners to scale delivery through AI and automation, ensuring campaigns meet regulatory, compliance and customer outcome requirements.

What you’ll bring

You’re a commercially minded marketer who sees the opportunity behind the data and knows how to turn it into effective customer activity. You can set a strategy, build support across teams and stay hands-on to bring it to market.

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in lifecycle, CRM, customer or growth marketing, with a track record of increasing revenue and customer value.
  • Experience delivering cross-sell, retention, win-back, top-up or reactivation programs.
  • A strong understanding of segmentation, propensity modelling, personalisation and targeted customer journeys.
  • Experience developing multi-channel campaigns and trigger-based lifecycle programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence measuring incrementality, conversion, retention and campaign ROI.
  • Experience establishing test-and-learn programs and using the results to improve performance.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Data & Analytics, Digital, Sales, Technology and agency partners.
  • Financial services or lending experience would be valuable.
  • You’ll also bring a customer-first approach, sound judgement around regulatory requirements and an interest in using AI and automation to improve personalisation and scale.

More possibilities for you

You’ll have ownership of the lifecycle marketing strategy for Money, with scope to shape customer journeys, explore new growth opportunities and demonstrate the commercial value of your work.

You’ll join a close-knit team that values curiosity, collaboration and fresh thinking, with support from a manager who welcomes your ideas and professional development.
