About the Role We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented performance marketing leader with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing for U.S. audiences. This role is ideal for someone who has grown through hands-on execution and has proven track record in guiding high-performing marketing teams in cross- functional manner. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product and technology teams to design, test, and scale marketing campaigns across channels, monitor performance metrics, experiment with creative and audience strategies, and ensure measurable results. You’ll bring curiosity, analytical rigor, and accountability, owning outcomes while fostering a culture of learning and performance. What You’ll Do Collaborate with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals and global market needs. Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels. Oversee testing and experimentation to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention performance. Track and analyse KPIs to guide continuous improvement. Grow, mentor, and support a capable marketing team, ensuring excellence in execution. Who You Are Proven leadership in managing full-funnel digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, content, and email. Skilled at mapping business goals to granular steps in marketing including campaign design, optimization, and A/B testing. Analytical and results-oriented, with strong understanding of performance metrics. Hands-on leader who collaborates closely with specialists to drive measurable outcomes. Curious, organized, and passionate about performance marketing and growth. Must-Have Qualifications MBA from a highly recognized business school in India. Minimum 6 years of marketing experience focused on U.S. markets. Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
