Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Europe, Amsterdam preferred (hybrid or remote possible)
Competitive salary
Start date: as soon as possible
Let’s be blunt: Kaizo doesn’t have a real marketing engine yet.
We’ve had marketers before, but the company we are today is a different company. Over the past 18 months we’ve signed enterprise customers like Canva, Instacart, UiPath and Indeed. We’ve also rebuilt our product around a new reality: support teams now run on a mix of human agents and AI agents, and someone has to check the quality of both. Kaizo is the independent Agentic QA layer for that hybrid workforce. We work across helpdesks and Customer Service platforms, and we don’t build AI agents of our own, so we have no reason to mark our own homework.
The problem is that the market doesn’t know this yet. We’re the customer service industry’s best-kept secret.
The website architecture has just been rebuilt, but the content is outdated and doesn’t tell today’s story.
We have strong enterprise customer stories that nobody has written up.
Inbound is no longer enough. AI search has changed how buyers find vendors, so pipeline now has to come from outbound, partners, events and reputation.
We’re going to the field and starting to attend international events.
Sales doesn’t have all the decks, battlecards and collateral it needs.
Outbound has started, and it needs content behind it.
That’s where you come in.
What this role really is
We need a senior marketer who wants to build from scratch, and who sees a blank page as an opportunity, not a threat. You’ll be the one who:
Brings the website to life so it reflects who we are today and gets found, by people and by AI search.
Turns our enterprise wins into case studies and references that open new doors.
Owns our review and analyst presence: a proper G2 strategy, competitor and comparison pages that convert, and support for analyst relations.
Gives Sales and CS the content, one-pagers, battlecards and decks that win deals and renewals.
Starts product marketing: positioning, launches, and clear messaging on AutoQA, Agentic QA, Insights and AI Coaching for customers and prospects.
Builds our brand through thought leadership, PR and executive content on the future of CX quality in an AI-agent world.
Owns our social channels and online reputation.
Defines and runs a field marketing plan, so Kaizo shows up at the international events that matter to our enterprise ICP.
Works with Sales on outbound and partner campaigns, including our helpdesk and Customer Service ecosystem partners.
You won’t inherit a polished machine. You’ll be the architect, the builder and the driver of Kaizo’s marketing.
The deal
Location: Amsterdam preferred, flexible across Europe, hybrid or remote possible.
Reporting: directly to Thibaud, Co-CEO, as part of the commercial leadership team.
Real ownership, a fast feedback loop with Sales and Product, and a seat at the table where positioning gets decided.
Why this matters
Marketing is the missing piece in Kaizo’s growth engine. The product is there, the enterprise customers are there and the deals are there. Now the market needs to know it, and we need demand that scales.
If you succeed, your fingerprints will be all over Kaizo’s next growth chapter:
From a handful of enterprise logos → recognised category voice
From inbound dependency → repeatable, multi-channel pipeline
From scrappy content → thought leadership
→ If you’re looking for a comfortable role with a big team, a big budget and playbooks already written, this isn’t it.
→ If you want to build the marketing engine that takes Kaizo from great product to visible market leader, let’s talk.
Who you are
A content-first marketer. Storytelling is your edge, not growth hacks.
You’ve marketed complex B2B SaaS, ideally to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles and buying committees.
You’re hands-on: you write, edit, brief designers, manage freelancers and run campaigns yourself.
You know what good marketing ops looks like, and you can get by with lean tools (we run on HubSpot).
You understand how AI search is changing B2B discovery, and you know how to adapt SEO and content to it.
Your English is native or near-native. Everything we publish has to read sharp and professional.
Bonus: AI, QA and CX excite you, and acronyms don’t scare you. You’re keen to learn our product, our customers’ pain points and the trends on both the CX and QA sides.
Bonus: experience with field events, G2 or analyst relations, or partner and ecosystem marketing.
