Your Role

As a Senior Maximo Consultants / Developers with Capgemini, you will lead the architecture, implementation, and transformation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions powered by IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS). You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions, drive EAM modernization initiatives, and ensure successful delivery across complex enterprise environments.

In this role you will

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions.

• Define and implement Enterprise Asset Management strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.

• Design and oversee integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems, including ERP, GIS, HR, financial, and IoT platforms.

• Define data governance, master data management, data migration, and data quality approaches for transformation programs.

• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical governance sessions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional delivery teams.

• Lead large-scale EAM transformation programs, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and overall delivery.

• Establish delivery roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and change management strategies.

• Oversee project planning, financial management, issue resolution, vendor relationships, and contractual deliverables.

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Drive continuous improvement and promote EAM architecture and delivery best practices.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x.

• Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions and their deployment on Red Hat OpenShift.

• Experience with infrastructure setup for Maximo Application Suite environments.

• Proven experience leading large-scale EAM transformation programs and managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.

• Strong understanding of EAM business processes, asset lifecycle management, maintenance operations, and related workflows.

• Experience designing integrations between Maximo and enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of data migration, master data management, data governance, and data quality practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in multicultural and international environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
