You’ll be responsible for producing high‑quality design models and detailed CAD data, ensuring precision, performance, and reliability across our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities · Design and deliver innovative mechanical and electromechanical solutions for new products and product enhancements, aligning with project requirements and business objectives · Create high‑quality, detailed CAD models and design data to support the development of industry‑leading electronic gaming machines · Translate project briefs, requirements documents, and engineering inputs into practical, manufacturable design solutions · Produce clear, accurate design documentation for internal teams, suppliers, and third‑party partners, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and regulatory standards · Manage and maintain project documentation, providing realistic timelines and progress updates throughout the design lifecycle · Contribute to project planning, offering insightful input on feasibility, risks, and technical considerations · Collaborate cross‑functionally by attending project meetings and actively contributing ideas, solutions, and expertise · Gather, interpret, and document customer requirements (both internal and external), ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development process What you’ll bring to the role: · Proven experience using 3D CAD tools, ideally SolidWorks · A broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplines, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical design scenarios · Strong knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM) principles and value engineering approaches · A hands‑on mindset, with experience supporting workshop prototyping and product development · Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment · Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to a range of stakeholders · Experience within the gaming industry (desirable but not essential) · Familiarity with PLM Manufacturing systems and an understanding of electrical connectivity (advantageous) Qualifications A degree or HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering What can we offer you?
