We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Designer (f/m/x) to join our Engineering Competence Center. In this role, you will be responsible for developing concepts for plastic components or devices for the electrical industry from scratch and creating innovative technical solutions in the field of mechanical engineering. Your tasks will include designing new concepts and structural solutions and closely collaborating with other engineers to ensure high quality in project execution.

Your tasks
- Designing electrical components or entire electrical devices
- Creating and developing technical solutions at the conceptual stage
- Designing new concepts and structural solutions according to project requirements
- Utilizing Creo Simulate and Creo 3D for design and analysis
- Managing documentation and data using PTC Windchill (PLM)
- Applying knowledge of plastic injection technology in the design process
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project feasibility and its implementation in production
- Conducting design reviews and presenting proposed solutions to the business
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a designer
- Strong knowledge of engineering design and creating and developing concepts
- Practical experience working with Creo Simulate and Creo 3D or Siemens NX
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection processes and their applications in design
- Ability to design and develop structural solutions in accordance with technical specifications
- Advanced knowledge of Polish
- Intermediate knowledge of English, minimum B2
- Residence in Poland
- Willingness to travel for business to Germany
- Knowledge of PLM Windchill software
- Knowledge of German, minimum B2
