Our team comprises over 350 creative individuals from 42 different countries and 2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania. Panda Ventures is the venture builder behind Bored Panda. We systematically research, validate, build, and scale digital products for global markets. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid acquisition across our product validation tests and early-stage MVPs. While Meta Ads will be your primary platform, you will also initially manage Google Ads for DeMilked-one of our strategic affiliate media projects. What You Will Do: Own Meta Ads execution and performance across product; Launch campaigns from zero, build testing structures and identify the strongest audiences, messages, offers and creative directions; Manage Google Ads for DeMilked and later support Google Ads acquisition for selected MVPs; Build and execute structured testing plans across creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers; Work closely with designers and product teams to develop and continuously iterate ad creatives; Translate campaign data into clear creative insights and recommendations; Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve and scale; Monitor key business metrics; Look beyond ad-platform metrics and evaluate the full customer journey; Collaborate with product teams to improve positioning, landing pages, offers and onboarding flows; Continuously improve campaign structures, testing workflows, tracking and reporting; Use AI tools to analyze data, research markets, generate hypotheses, improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks; Stay up to date with platform changes and identify new acquisition and testing opportunities. What We Expect: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads; Strong practical experience with performance marketing for global SaaS, subscription, digital product or e-commerce businesses; Solid working knowledge of Google Ads; A proven track record scaling paid acquisition campaigns; Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution and funnel analysis; Experience working closely with creative teams and translating performance data into better creative concepts and iterations; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to take ownership; Comfort working in an environment where products, offers and priorities can evolve quickly; Understanding of tracking, analytics and attribution tools such as GA4, GTM and product analytics platforms; AI is already part of your daily workflow. You actively use AI tools such to work faster, solve problems and improve decision-making.
