We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to take ownership of our paid user acquisition efforts across Google products. In this role, you will plan, execute, and scale high-budget, multi-market PPC campaigns designed to drive measurable ROI. Working closely with our creative, product, and dev teams, you’ll leverage data-driven insights and continuous experimentation to expand our reach and maximize campaign efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple markets and products. Develop and execute PPC strategies to maximize performance and achieve business goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement ongoing optimizations to meet KPIs and ROI targets. Manage high-budget campaigns and identify opportunities to scale performance. Plan, run, and analyze experiments to uncover new growth opportunities. Conduct regular account audits and proactively identify areas for improvement. Leverage analytics and PPC tools to make data-driven optimization decisions. Collaborate closely with creative, product, and development teams to improve campaign performance and the user journey. Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Share insights and contribute to continuous improvements within the PPC team. WHAT WE EXPECT: • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • Proven experience managing multi-market and multi-language PPC campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable optimizations. • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to independently manage, optimize, and scale PPC accounts to achieve performance goals. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with large budgets and performance-driven campaigns. • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. NICE TO HAVE: • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking. • Ability to identify and recommend Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) improvements. • Experience with ClickUp or a similar project management platform. • Experience with PPC automation, scripts, and optimization tools.
