Why this role matters: As a Senior Media Buyer , you will lead paid media execution across campaigns that require both performance focus and commercial awareness. You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels, while ensuring spend is aligned with results and strategy is aligned with business goals. This role matters because paid media should not operate as isolated activity. It should contribute directly to growth, lead generation, conversion performance, and stronger return on marketing investment. What you will own Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display, and other relevant channels Build full-funnel strategies covering awareness, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion objectives Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, efficiency, and scaling opportunities Monitor performance closely and optimize campaigns based on data, business priorities, and commercial impact Build smart audience strategies using segmentation, targeting logic, and platform insights Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging to improve results continuously Track and interpret key metrics such as CAC, LTV, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and attribution platforms to produce clear recommendations Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to ensure campaign execution is aligned across functions Support both e-commerce and B2B growth initiatives through performance-driven campaign management Stay current on platform changes, audience behavior, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge What success looks like here Success in this role is not measured by campaign volume alone.
