Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Medical Sales Specialist and it is the first commercial field hire at Enliva. You will own a territory of private-sector OB/GYN and GP practices in Singapore focused on mid-life women’s health, working directly with the founder to establish a category-defining brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a targeted call plan across priority OB/GYN and GP accounts to maximize market penetration.
  • Conduct evidence-based, consultative conversations with specialists to effectively communicate product value and clinical benefits.
  • Establish and grow the institutional channel by identifying and engaging key stakeholders within private clinics, clinic groups and hospitals.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to execute pre-launch seeding efforts on warm-referred priority accounts, accelerating brand adoption.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or nutraceutical sectors.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly and build credible relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Solid understanding of Medicine or related clinical knowledge, enabling informed discussions about midlife women’s health and evidence-based nutraceuticals.
  • Proven ability to work remotely with high self-motivation, time management, and accountability, using digital tools for outreach and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nutrition, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications in healthcare or nutrition are an advantage.
  • Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or specialist practices, ideally with exposure to women’s health or nutritional products.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with proficiency in CRM software and basic data analysis to monitor territory performance.
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning about emerging research in midlife women’s health.
