Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer

About the Role

Nanobag (www.nanobag.com) is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage and scale our Facebook and Instagram advertising. You'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, optimizing campaigns, and working closely with our creative team to identify and scale winning ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple markets.
• Scale advertising spend while maintaining strong ROAS and profitability.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute structured creative testing strategies.
• Collaborate with our video editors and designers to improve ad performance.
• Optimize campaign structures, budgets, bidding, and targeting.
• Track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, MER, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads buying experience, ideally in DTC e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing $50K+/month in ad spend.
• Strong track record of profitably scaling Meta campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance marketing.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in English.
