(Blue Rose) is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer to support a federal client in delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions that enhance mission effectiveness, automate business processes, and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Power Platform applications, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and Agile delivery teams. You will play a key role in transforming business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do As a Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies Lead the configuration and customization of Power Apps solutions to support complex business requirements Architect and manage Microsoft Dataverse environments, data models, and integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and other enterprise systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members Participate in Agile software development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives Lead application testing efforts, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, test, and production environments Support application deployment, release management, and configuration management activities Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures Recommend and implement best practices for Power Platform development, governance, security, and performance optimization Schedule & Shift Details Full-time (40 hours/week) Hybrid work environment On-site support required in Washington, D.C.
