At the core of the role
We are looking for experienced Senior MicroStrategy Developers to join a BI reporting project focused on migrating existing QlikView reports to MicroStrategy (Strategy).
The project supports a network operations department and aims to modernize its reporting capabilities. You will take ownership of report development and migration activities, working independently to deliver accurate and reliable BI solutions within tight project timelines.
Core skills you’ll bring
3+ years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (Strategy), or proven development expertise gained across at least 2–3 projects.
Strong experience in independently designing, developing, and delivering BI reports using MicroStrategy.
Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and meet project deadlines.
Nice-to-have
Hands-on experience with QlikView.
Previous experience migrating reports between BI platforms.
Experience with reporting solutions for telecommunications or network operations.
The impact you'll create
Develop and deliver BI reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy.
Migrate existing QlikView reports to MicroStrategy while preserving business logic and data accuracy.
Analyze existing reports and translate reporting requirements into MicroStrategy solutions.
Use SQL to retrieve, validate, and troubleshoot reporting data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
Independently manage assigned development tasks and contribute to timely project delivery
