As a Senior Flutter Developer with a background in the fintech industry and a strong foundation in iOS native development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create elegant, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance our user experience. What are we looking for? 6+ years of mobile development experience. 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart. Experience with iOS native development using Swift and/or Objective-C. Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, and design patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider). Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services. Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. What will you do? Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobile applications. Build and deliver complex mobile features while ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Optimize, refactor, and maintain existing codebases. Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs. Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards. Mentor and support junior developers. Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve product quality. Ensure consistency of user experience across supported platforms, including iOS. Implement and maintain security, compliance, and data protection requirements. Contribute to technical design decisions, architecture, and development best practices. Nice to have: Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-frequency systems. Familiarity with event-driven architecture. Knowledge of low-latency system optimization.
