Monthly net base salary: TRY 150,000–250,000 (net, take-home).

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye. We work as a remote-first team with regular online collaboration.

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to own our Flutter app on iOS and Android. It's the app business owners use to run their phone line: read messages and calls, manage their AI receptionist, set up their eSIM, and handle billing. You'll ship fast with AI coding tools while keeping the app reliable, offline-friendly, and true to our design system.

🧭 Experience we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional mobile development, including 3+ years shipping production Flutter apps.
• Apps you've shipped and maintained on both the App Store and Google Play, through real releases and real users.

🛠 What you'll work on

• Own the Flutter app (iOS and Android) end to end: architecture, features, performance, and releases.
• Build new product surfaces such as SIM and eSIM management, usage and billing, and number porting status.
• Keep realtime messaging, call history, and notifications fast and reliable: WebSockets, push notifications, and offline caching.
• Work closely with backend engineers on API contracts and build clean, well-tested data layers on top of them.
• Turn Figma designs into pixel-accurate UI on our token-based design system.
• Write widget, golden, and end-to-end tests, and keep CI green on every change.
• Ship through TestFlight and Google Play tracks, watch crash reports, and fix what users hit.
• Use AI coding tools every day to move faster without lowering the bar.

🎯 What we're looking for

• Deep Flutter and Dart expertise: state management (Riverpod or similar), navigation, async code, and performance profiling.
• Solid native knowledge on both platforms: iOS (Swift, Xcode, signing, push) and Android (Kotlin, Gradle, Play Console).
• Experience with offline-first apps, local databases (SQLite/Drift or similar), and realtime data.
• Clean architecture and strong testing habits. You write code the next engineer can change safely.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex, with a clear view of where they help and where they don't.
• A product mindset: you think like a user and care about the details.
• A team player who communicates openly and gives clear, constructive feedback.
• Fluent spoken English is required. You should be comfortable discussing technical decisions and collaborating with the team in English.

✨ Nice to have

• VoIP or WebRTC experience, including CallKit or Android ConnectionService.
• Experience with telecom, eSIM, or carrier products.
• In-app payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe).
• Product analytics, feature flags, and crash reporting (PostHog, Statsig, Sentry, or similar).
• Writing native platform plugins for Flutter.
