Job Description This is a remote position. Our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to support enterprise ERP transformation initiatives, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable Microsoft Business Central solutions across complex business environments. The consultant will play a hybrid role, combining functional expertise in ERP business processes with technical capability in configuration, AL extensions, integrations, and reporting. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, bridging business requirements with technical solutions, and ensuring successful ERP delivery across finance, supply chain, sales, purchasing, and inventory workflows. Key Deliverables • Spearhead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central techno-functional implementations • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings • Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory) • Design and support AL extensions, customizations, and upgrade activities • Support integration design and implementation using APIs, web services, and Azure integration tools • Perform business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design • Support data migration strategy and execution (RapidStart / custom tools / ETL processes) • Collaborate with developers and architects on technical design and solution delivery • Support Power Platform integrations (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) • Develop and support Power BI reporting and data models (where required) • Lead UAT, testing, training, and post-go-live support activities • Prepare functional and technical documentation, solution design documents, and process flows • Provide ERP best-practice recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives • Support troubleshooting, optimization, and system performance improvements Requirements Ideal Profile • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV • Hands-on experience with AL language and Business Central extensions (preferred) • Strong understanding of ERP processes including: - Finance & Accounting - Purchasing & Sales - Inventory & Warehouse Management - Supply Chain Operations • Experience with API integrations, web services, and system integration design • Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) is a plus • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Strong experience in ERP implementation lifecycle projects • Ability to translate business requirements into both functional and technical solutions • Experience working in consultancy or Microsoft partner environments is advantageous • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English communication skills Why Partner with Us? · Clear scope with no ambiguity over deliverables. · Opportunity for repeat engagements based on performance.
