Senior .NET Architect H/F

This is your mission

As a Senior .NET Architect, you will provide technical leadership across a portfolio of applications covering different business domains. You will support and guide development teams on architectural decisions, technical challenges and the evolution of complex applications.

You will join experienced development teams working on Full Stack .NET microservices products, with Blazor as the frontend technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical guidance and architectural support to experienced development teams.

• Leading the technical evolution and modernization of existing applications.

• Supporting the integration, maintenance and continuous improvement of an existing development team and its applications.

• Defining and promoting target architectures, including the migration of services to .NET 10.

• Contributing to the adoption of modern architectures, with the objective of targeting Kubernetes (K8s) within the next two years.

• Supporting the transition from NServiceBus to Dapr.

• Investigating complex technical issues and challenging existing technical choices.

• Coordinating multiple development teams and supporting their work throughout Scrum sprints.

• Collaborating with Technical Leads, Developers and Product Owners to ensure technical decisions align with business needs.

This is your background

You have at least 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect, with a strong background in software architecture and Full Stack .NET development environments.

You have experience supporting experienced development teams, leading technical discussions and driving the modernization of complex applications.

This is your expertise:

• Strong expertise in C# / .NET 10 and .NET Framework 4.x.

• Experience with Blazor as a frontend technology.

• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB.

• Experience with Hangfire and RabbitMQ.

• Good understanding of Clean Architecture principles.

• Experience with NServiceBus, with an understanding of the transition towards Dapr.

• Knowledge of microservices architectures.

• Experience with modern application architectures and ideally Kubernetes environments.

Languages

• Excellent command of English (mandatory).

• Very good knowledge of Dutch or French.

• You know how to challenge and discuss functional requirements with Product Owners.

• You organize collaborative technical sessions with Developers and Architects.

• You manage priorities and emergencies efficiently.

• You maintain an active technical watch and continuously explore new technologies.
