· Support the OARS API gateway and Azure-hosted architecture, including scalability and reliable operation during peak loads.
· Work with Azure SQL DBaaS and application data interfaces to support storage, retrieval, reporting, and integration requirements.
· Contribute to system design and architecture updates reflecting new features, interfaces, data, and backend connectivity.
· Participate in Agile sprint delivery, including implementation of prioritized requirements, code delivery, peer review, unit and integration testing, and technical documentation updates.
· Support continuous integration, automated functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and deployment across development, test, pre-production, and production environments.
· Support release planning and quarterly production releases, including deployment checklists, release documentation, ServiceNow change/release processes, production smoke testing, and issue resolution.
· Implement and maintain security-related application changes in support of mandatory MFA and FedRAMP Moderate security controls; contribute to updated security documentation and ATO-related artifacts as assigned.
· Support performance, load, stress, vulnerability, and security testing activities and remediate identified application issues.
· Contribute to OARS production support, including Tier 3 troubleshooting, application monitoring, deployments, routine patching, and resolution of application or system issues.
· Maintain role-appropriate architecture documentation, user guides, training materials, security documentation, and final release package materials.
Required Qualifications
· Demonstrated professional experience developing and enhancing .NET applications in a production environment.
· Hands-on experience designing, developing, or maintaining microservices and APIs.
· Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments.
· Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), consistent with the PWS skill requirement.
· Experience integrating application components and services and troubleshooting distributed application behavior.
· Experience participating in Agile or sprint-based software development and collaborating through development, testing, and release activities.
· Experience creating or maintaining automated tests and supporting continuous integration or automated deployment processes.
· Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and program stakeholders.
Preferred / Differentiating Experience
· Experience with Azure SQL DBaaS and API gateway technologies in an enterprise application environment.
· Experience with Esri integrations, geospatial services, or external data-source integration.
· Experience supporting systems subject to FedRAMP Moderate or comparable federal security requirements, including MFA, ATO documentation, and vulnerability remediation.
· Experience with application performance engineering, including desktop response-time and API/load testing.
· Experience with legacy data integration or migration, including ETL, data mapping, validation, or importing data from MIS2000 into a modernized application.
· Experience supporting production operations, Tier 3 troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, redundancy, and failover.
