As the highway corridor management function involves several complex and inter- connected sub-functions, the product development activities have been planned in a manner to help ensure that features and components benefit from continuous user feedback. The product is intended to provide an end-to-end online solution for businesses and individuals to: · Secure approvals for all work, including land developments, adjacent to provincial highways · Enable seamless, integrated services across all corridor management functions, eliminating the need to provide the same information more than once and making sure that the results of one review process are readily available to related reviews; and · Automate and streamline the integration of pre-consultations, major land use planning and development Land Development Reviews and permit applications. Requirements Microsoft/Azure Development and Quality Assurance Experience · .NET Framework, .NET Core-based design, development and testing · C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL development components · ASP.NET MVC Programming · Web front-end (HTML 5, CSS3, Angular), Web API’s and web services design, · Azure SQL & MS SQL Server all supported versions · CI\CD Pipeline Setup & Management · Git, Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS) · Azure Cloud Development including PaaS and SQL Services, or other cloud hosting technologies Agile Delivery Team Experience · Experience participating in Scrum agile development · Experience contributing as a Developer or Tester (QA) in a Cross-Functional/Balanced Team which is composed of roles including Dev\Test, Product Management and Design.
