Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 DOE

TechHeads is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to join an enterprise scale organisation on a permanent basis to help in the delivery of a greenfield fintech platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established organisation on a project that offers significant technical ownership.

You will be involved throughout the full SDLC, from stakeholder engagement and solution design to hands-on backend development with a modern tech stack consisting of .NET, Cloud and AI technologies. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, allowing you to work in a supportive and collaborative environment that provides a fantastic blend of flexibility and in-person engagement with your team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in Software Engineering with strong experience with C# / .NET
• Previous experience working as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Engineer taking technical ownership
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and modern software development
• Comfortable making technical decisions and influencing engineering direction
• An interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Previous experience in Financial/FinTech sectors is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 DOE
