Senior Offensive Security Engineer - Red Team

Are you an experienced offensive security professional looking to take on advanced Red Team operations and adversary emulation exercises?

We're looking for a Senior Red Team Operator to help strengthen our cyber resilience by identifying vulnerabilities, testing security controls, and simulating real-world attacks.

Key responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Red Team assessments and adversary simulations

🔹 Conduct network, web, mobile, and social engineering testing

🔹 Develop custom tools, scripts, and automation solutions

🔹 Support Purple Team exercises and detection validation

🔹 Research emerging threats and offensive security techniques

What we're looking for:

✅ 5+ years in offensive security or penetration testing

✅ Strong technical expertise across networks, applications, and cloud environments

✅ Experience with Red Team tooling, Active Directory exploitation, and security research

✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills

✅ OSCP, SANS, CEH, CISSP, CPTS, or similar certifications are a plus
