Senior OneStream Project Manager

Andrew Morgan is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that helps organizations, including federal agencies with critical missions, turn complex financial processes into clear, data-driven decisions. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead OneStream implementations from kickoff to go-live.

This isn’t a role where you just track tasks and send status reports. You’ll be the person clients trust to turn an ambitious CPM vision into a working solution. You’ll lead talented teams of analysts and technical consultants, solve problems before they become fires, and leave every engagement better than you found it. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core responsibilities apply across all levels. Scope, ownership, and independence will vary based on your experience:

• Own the delivery. Lead end-to-end OneStream implementations and deliver on time, in scope, and on budget.
• Build the roadmap. Create and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Keep the engine running. Allocate resources wisely, clear bottlenecks, and keep the team moving efficiently.
• Be the trusted voice. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and keeping everyone aligned on goals and progress.
• Lead great teams. Guide cross-functional teams of business analysts, technical consultants, and specialists, and build a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Raise the bar on quality. Make sure every deliverable meets client requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Communicate with clarity. Run regular status meetings that give transparent updates on progress, risks, and challenges.
• Stay ahead of risk. Spot issues early, put mitigation strategies in place, and escalate when needed to keep projects on track.
• Manage the numbers. Track actual spending against the forecast for each project, and keep labor costs in line with contract funding.
• Make the next one better. Refine project management processes, run post-project reviews, and capture lessons learned that improve future implementations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years implementing OneStream or a similar CPM solution such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Anaplan.
• PMP or an equivalent certification.
• A proven track record of leading large, complex software implementations from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of CPM processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with federal financial management, including budget formulation and execution, appropriations, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• The leadership presence to build, motivate, and guide high-performing teams.
• Composure under pressure. You can balance competing priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills for complex project challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• OneStream OCA or OCP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience integrating CPM tools with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
