​Responsibilities:

​Operational Governance & Process Optimization

• ​Evaluate, design, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across digital marketing and social media business units.
• ​Translate executive strategy into structured operational initiatives, taking direct ownership of cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• ​Identify operational bottlenecks, construct data-driven frameworks, and implement scalable solutions to enhance overall business efficiency.

​Strategic Advisory & Executive Support

• ​Act as a proactive problem solver and operational co-pilot to senior leadership, delivering clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• ​Conduct continuous performance tracking, KPI reporting, and strategic resource allocation across accounts.

​High-Profile Client Engagement

• ​Represent executive leadership in communications and strategic engagements with high-net-worth and high-profile clients.
• ​Maintain exceptional standards of discretion, diplomacy, and executive presence in all written and verbal client interactions.

​Digital & Social Media Operations

• ​Provide operational oversight for high-impact social media and digital growth initiatives, leveraging strong platform fluency to optimize performance metrics.
• ​Audit and analyze digital media strategies to ensure operational alignment with macro client and business goals.

​Candidate Qualifications

​Professional Background: Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant at a top-tier management consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent experience leading operations in a fast-paced tech/digital agency environment.

​Work Arrangement: Proven track record of high autonomy and self-directed productivity in a 100% remote working environment, based in Romania.

​Operational Expertise: Demonstrated capability to execute complex operational frameworks, manage multi-faceted deliverables, and drive measurable outcomes independently.

​Domain Savvy: Direct familiarity with digital marketing, executive media presence, and social media ecosystem dynamics.

​Language & Communication:
