Senior Operations Project Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead innovation projects within a cross-functional environment. In this role, you will manage a team of Operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from project initiation to closure, ensuring effective risk management and operations oversight. You will collaborate closely with Product Project Managers to define timelines and manage project deliverables. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while driving impactful projects in a dynamic setting. Your tasks

• Leading a team of Operations SMEs from project initiation to closure, ensuring all operational needs are met
• Defining project timelines, managing risks, and maintaining an actions log throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with Product Project Managers to build comprehensive end-to-end project timelines
• Ensuring adherence to project management standards and governance processes
• Tracking project progress and reporting on key deliverables to stakeholders
• Facilitating communication and coordination between cross-functional teams
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes
• Managing operational resources and aligning them with project goals
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
• Proven experience in risk management and operations management
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with R&D processes and innovation project management
• Advanced level of English
