Senior OSS Product Owner

This is a remote position.

• Define and maintain the end-to-end OSS product vision and requirements roadmap.
  
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  
• Own and manage the integrated OSS backlog, ensuring traceability and prioritization.
  
• Translate business use cases and operational workflows into actionable product requirements.
  
• Coordinate stakeholders across OSS, Network, Operations, Planning, Automation, Security, and Architecture domains.
  
• Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness requirements.
  
• Manage dependencies across multiple systems, products, and delivery teams.
  
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
  
• Support integration testing, validation activities, and acceptance processes.
  
• Ensure monitoring, support, recovery, audit, and fallback requirements are incorporated into product design.
  
• Prepare reporting materials, status updates, and roadmap recommendations for governance forums.
  
• Support MVP delivery, rollout planning, and handover activities.
  

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in complex technology environments.
  
• Strong experience within Telecommunications OSS/BSS environments.

• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
  
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors.
  

• Experience with network transformation, migration, or site consolidation programmes.
  
• Knowledge of orchestration platforms, Digital Twin, inventory management, and network automation solutions.
  
• Previous experience in large telecommunications operators.
