Senior Paid Media Specialist - WTC & TBM

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join its team. The Senior Paid Media Specialist plays a key role in driving the growth of our brands through the successful management of demand generation campaigns through paid media marketing programs at the local level. This role works directly with our franchisees and our various partner agencies supporting the development and management of local media campaigns. Purpose/Impact: Duties & Essential Functions Work directly with franchisees as a subject matter expert to support the performance of local media campaigns designed to generate bookings/leads and build the brand at the local level. Provide technical assistance to media vendors, supplying them with creative packages, operational data, reporting and links, and tagging, as needed. Responsible for monitoring and managing agency performance, collaborating with Paid Media Marketing Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day support of our Local Paid Media efforts, including PPC, Paid Social and Traditional Media, with new channel exploration as needed. Proactively review/develop campaign documentation including campaign briefs, performance reports, and creative briefs. Track and analyze franchisee participation, spend and performance in local media programs. Responsible for providing support and proactive educational webinars for franchisees about how to plan their local digital media efforts. Analyze monthly performance of franchisee media campaigns and provide related insights and strategy recommendations. Act as liaison between agency vendors and franchisees for onboarding and ongoing support, including regular meetings with all Preferred Agencies to discuss Local Paid Media performance and tactical support. Execution of test programs identified to grow or enhance local media program opportunities. And other duties as assigned. Strengths Hands on keyboard experience with Meta and Google Ads. Lean-agile mindset with experience leading projects within growing/changing organizations. Strong oral and written communication skills. Detail-oriented. Strategic thinker with an ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly. Experience working with agencies. Experience working within a franchise system. Background Bachelor's degree in marketing. 3+ years in digital marketing/ advertising experience. Expertise in paid media. Advertising Agency experience is a plus. What’s in it for you?
